CHOOSING THE RIGHT OIL FOR YOU
When it comes to how much to take, everyone is different: there are numerous variables including weight, diet, metabolism, genetics, environment, overall health, product consistency and more that make it impossible for a universally prescribed dose.
It is best when you begin taking CBD to start with a low dosage and gradually increase until you feel your desired benefits.
Finding the right amount of CBD is sometimes a bit of a learning process. We would like to have a straightforward CBD-dose calculator available to you, but that is not easy. It may take some exploring to identify how much CBD is needed for you to feel the benefits you desire. Once you become familiar to CBD you can gradually increase the dose until you feel that you have reached your goals.
However, it is important to note that you can feel comfortable experimenting and testing out different amounts of CBD.
The UK guidelines are not to exceed 10mg of CBD per day.

HOW TO USE CBD OILS
CBD content and dose instructions are clearly explained on the product labels.
To take CBD Oil, shake well before use, fill the dropper to the desired amount (following the guidelines on the label) and place the drops under your tongue. You can use it anytime of the day, depending on what you are targeting.
Hold the CBD oil under your tongue for 60 seconds so that it is absorbed through the surfaces in your mouth and gets into the bloodstream.
You can also add the CBD Oils to hot or cold drinks or to your favourite recipes.
HOW TO USE CBD AQUA+
To take CBD Aqua+ shake well before use, you can spray directly into your mouth or put 1 dosage in a cup of water or any drink.
CBD Aqua+ is water-soluable, so you can add to a cup of water or any hot or cold drink. Use 1-2 pumps a day unless otherwise advised. Do not exceed 8 pumps per day.
